Who they are
Oitto is a São Paulo developer founded in 2020, but led by veteran partners from the sector. Among its founders are Rudy Beraha and Sérgio Mester, the latter a civil engineer from USP São Carlos with more than thirty years in the market and stints at names such as Seisa Mester, PDG and Idea!Zarvos. The house focuses on high-end residences and quality of life, with attention to well-resolved condominiums.
