Who they are
Nitsche Arquitetos is a São Paulo practice founded in 2002 by siblings Lua, Pedro and João Nitsche. Lua (FAU-USP, 1996) and Pedro (FAU-USP, 2000) lead the architecture; João, from the fine arts (FAAP), collaborates on specific projects. The output combines technique and art at scales ranging from furniture design to urban planning, with a mark of lightness, simplicity, fluidity and the optimisation of natural and economic resources.
