Fibra Experts Empreendimentos Imobiliários is a developer headquartered in Pinheiros, São Paulo. Constituted in 2008, it has its roots in the real-estate arm of Grupo Vicunha, of the Steinbruch family, and came to be controlled by CFL Participações. It brings together residential condominiums, commercial developments and urban land subdivisions, working mainly in the capital and also in the São Paulo countryside.

It organises its portfolio around living, working and gathering, with an emphasis on contemporary architecture and strategic locations. On its higher-end developments, it hires specialised builders for execution.
