Felipe Diniz signs the project for 188 Itavera, the largest of Three Incorporadora‘s house condominiums — seven residences of 895 to 1,040 m² on three thousand square metres of land, in Jardim Guedala.
Language and signature
The design, at Itaverá, works in a register of warmth and privacy rather than gesture: the house is organised across four levels, from basement to rooftop, with a living room of large minimalist openings facing the garden, and private, exclusive gardens and rooftops per unit. It is the strategy that allows a thousand-square-metre programme to be stacked within the low height limit of an exclusively residential zone.
