Who it is

Espírito Santo Property Brasil (ESPB) was born from the union of Portugal’s Grupo Espírito Santo with OA Empreendimentos Imobiliários, of the Grupo Oscar Americano. The two groups had already been partners since 1993, on projects in Brazil and abroad, and the partnership signs much of what defines today’s surroundings of Parque Villa-Lobosi: the residential Praça Villa Lobosi, the Place des Vosges, the Shopping Villa Lobos and commercial towers on Berrini and Marginal Pinheirosi.

Outside the capital, the pair signs the development that became synonymous with resort living in the São Paulo countryside: Quinta da Baronezai, launched in 1999 in Bragança Paulistai and winner of the 2013 Prêmio Master Imobiliário in the ultra-high-end development category. The name and the tiles at the condominium’s main entrance echo the Quinta do Patino, in Estoril, also built by Grupo Espírito Santo with OA’s participation.

The Brazilian portfolio of Grupo Oscar Americano is now gathered and managed by Casuarinai.
