Who they are
Construtora Casablanca is listed as the owner and party responsible for the works in the municipal permit approving and executing the Upscale Vila Nova Conceição condominium, issued by the City of São Paulo in April 2003. That is the extent of the documentary record the house has on the company.
Beyond that document, the company left little public trace: there is no institutional website online, no published portfolio, and it was not possible to reliably identify the corresponding legal entity in Receita Federal’s records. The entry stops here, and stops on purpose — what is known is written down; what is not known is left blank.

- Upscale Vila Nova Conceição (Vila Nova Conceição) — three towers on a continuous 4,739 m² plot, with 39,024 m² of built area and a design by Itamar Berezin. The permit was approved on 16 April 2003 and lists “Construtora Casablanca Ltda e outros” as owner. Market descriptions attribute the work to Casablanca jointly with Barbara Engenharia.
