Who it is
BM8 is a São Paulo developer established in 2022, headquartered on Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, with its founders bringing more than ten years of experience in the luxury real estate market. One of the partners is Bruno Valle; the house’s declared expertise covers market study, legal approval, project and construction management, and technical-financial feasibility — the repertoire of those who structure the operation before selling it.
The company works with a rotating curation of firms, rather than a fixed partner: its website maintains its own sections for “Architects” and “Destinations”, a sign that each development is assembled with a team chosen specifically for it.
Product vision
- Positioning: ultra-high-end residential in the most sought-after addresses of São Paulo and the countryside, with a strong preference for very low-density house condominiums.
- Differentiators: signature contemporary architecture, technical autonomy of the units (generators in both private and common areas, solar-energy-ready infrastructure, private lift, electric-car charging point) and security treated as a design layer — a gatehouse with armoured glass, pedestrian access control and a delivery space on the perimeter.
