Aurea Homes is a São Paulo developer presented as founded by specialists with more than forty years of experience in the real estate market. Its headquarters are on Avenida Santo Amaro, in Paraíso, and its business model is declaredly narrow: very few units per development, land chosen before the product, and operations in partnership with landowners — the site’s own contact form offers “landowner” as a contact profile, alongside investor and resident.
